Information We Collect

• Customer quote requests: company name, contact email, freight profile, and special handling instructions.
• Carrier onboarding: carrier/company name, USDOT number, driver mobile phone number, optional email, and a digital signature.
• SMS consent records: if you opt in to text messages, we record the phone number, date, time, and IP address of your consent.
• Driver and load information: driver phone number, assigned load ID, reefer temperature readings, and proof-of-delivery (POD) photos.

How We Use Information

• To provide freight quotes and manage carrier onboarding.
• To coordinate load assignment, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
• To send status update messages (SMS and/or email) related to an assigned load, including load assignment, in-transit updates, and delivery confirmation.
• To maintain records required for temperature-controlled medical and pharmaceutical freight compliance.

SMS Communications

Drivers and carriers receive SMS messages only if they opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box during carrier onboarding or when a carrier claims a load for a driver. Consent is not a condition of onboarding or of claiming loads. Messages relate to load assignments, pickup reminders, load status updates, delivery confirmations, and account notifications. Message frequency varies based on load activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as our SMS delivery provider, solely to deliver messages on our behalf.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as our email and SMS delivery providers) solely to provide these services on our behalf.

Data Retention

We retain load, quote, and onboarding records as needed for business and compliance purposes related to medical/pharmaceutical cold-chain freight.
