These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Lone Star Bio Logistics dispatch platform at lonestarbiologistics.com, including SMS load status notifications ("Lone Star Bio Logistics Driver Alerts" or "the Program").
Lone Star Bio Logistics Driver Alerts sends SMS text messages to opted-in drivers and carriers about load assignments, pickup reminders, load status updates, delivery confirmations, and account notifications. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
Message frequency varies based on the number and status of loads assigned to you. You may receive multiple messages per active load.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You enroll in this Program only by checking the optional SMS consent box on our website, either during carrier onboarding at lonestarbiologistics.com or when a carrier claims a load for a driver who has agreed to receive load updates. The box is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of onboarding or of claiming loads. We record the date, time, and IP address of each consent.
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To resubscribe, reply START.

Supported carriers include major US mobile carriers. Lone Star Bio Logistics is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier network issues.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
